About us

Trips that look pricier than they were

We are a small team that spends far too much time in booking forms — so you do not have to.

It started with a question we kept asking each other: how do you actually end up in business class without spending half a month's salary?

The answer is rarely spectacular. Usually it is a combination of the right credit card programme, a transfer bonus at the right moment and a willingness to route via Doha instead of flying direct. None of it is secret. But it is explained in remarkably convoluted ways — mostly in English-language forums, full of unexplained acronyms and worked examples based on US cards that are not even available here.

Why we exist

Look at the German-language miles scene and one thing stands out: almost everything is written for people who fly a lot on business. Seat pitch in centimetres, status tiers, cabin layouts. All important — but a great deal is missing.

What about whether a hotel is still comfortably walkable in the evening? How useful is lounge access when travelling with a child? Which card pays off if you do not fly every week but twice a year in real style? A great many people ask these questions — and almost nobody answers them. That is exactly where we come in.

How we work

We only write about flights and hotels we have experienced ourselves. Every guide walks through the real booking form with screenshots of each step — including the points where the site stalls or throws an error. And when something did not work, we say so.

We earn money through referral links. That is stated openly on every article and it does not influence our assessments — details in the Advertising disclosure. AI helps us with research and proofreading; exactly where is explained on our AI transparency.
